Privacy policy

Who we are

This site is run by Javen Morris Art, P.O. Box 728, Lehi, UT 84043. "We" and "us" here mean Javen Morris Art. This policy explains what we collect when you use our pages, sign up for a booklet, join a waitlist or buy a class, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name and email, and your phone number if you choose to add it.
• When you buy: payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. We get a record of the purchase (what you bought, the amount, and the name and email on the order).
• Basic site data: like most websites, our pages may record things like your browser type, the pages you visit and how you got here.

How we use it

• To run the classes you sign up for: class links, schedules, reminders and course access.
• To send the booklets you ask for.
• To send updates about Art Hacking Anatomy, including waitlist news and new class dates.
• To answer you when you contact us.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and we'll stop sending you marketing emails. If you've bought a class, we may still send emails you need for that class.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the services we use to run the business, such as our website and email platform and Stripe for payments, so they can do that work for us.

Cookies and analytics

Our pages use cookies and similar tools so forms and checkout work, and so we can see basic, overall numbers about visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work without them.

Students under 18

Students under 18 need a parent or guardian to check out for them. The parent or guardian gives the payment details. If you're a parent and want to see or remove your child's information, contact us below.

Seeing, changing or deleting your information

To see what we have about you, fix it, or ask us to delete it, email [email protected]. We may need to keep some purchase records for tax and accounting.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
